Gemma Seltzer is a London-based writer interested in people and place, and playing with literary form.
She has developed a series of digital writing projects including 5am London, collaborating with a photographer to document the city during the early hours of the day, and Look up at the Sky, charting the quiet parts of London through writing and walking.
She has presented her work on BBC radio, Resonance FM and at festivals including Latitude and the Venice Biennale. During 2012, Gemma was writer in residence for the Olympic torch relay in Devon.
Speak to Strangers culminated in 2013, when Gemma was commisioned by the Tate Modern to bring the project back to London for Speak to Strangers:Bankside.
